Why is changing my behaviors important?

In simple terms, people that want to achieve a certain health or lifestyle improvement goal realize that there are certain behavior patterns that maintain or lead to those goals.  Favorable behavior patterns become developed by;

1) Staying focused on the goal

2) Preparing for and overcoming realistic obstacles and

3) Repeating or rehearsing the favorable behavior pattern until it becomes a natural and spontaneous habit.

How does it work?

The patterns of daily living that are broken down into your minute to minute behavior all add up to how you include or do not include health as a priority.   All Change My Habit© programs by King Motivates, LLC (KM) will instill in you the tools to deal with daily obstacles, including your mindset during realistic challenges; PLUS provide the constant motivation to use these tools.  Imagine finally having your own support coach, guiding you to success.  This is achieved via downloadable support.

Will this program fit into my schedule?

The program is designed to fit into ANY schedule.  Throughout your enrollment with KM, you will be able to receive downloadable written, audio, video and interactive support structured to use in the convenience of your own home.  Much of the program, including Conference Call Support, can be transferred onto an MP3 or CD player, for added practicality.  All users will also get 60-second reminder audios for support at the time you need it most PLUS the portability of the system – yes, Change My Habit© fits into your schedule.  (For example, aside from the methods, reinforcement and support for late-night eating, stress eating, cravings, at the market decisions etc., you can quickly listen to a 60-second BOOST to keep you focused!)

Why do I never get results?

Usually because you do not have the ongoing support and motivation to make getting results and maintaining results a natural part of your life – a habit.  Often times, an individual has not internalized health as a priority and allows the situation to derail lasting efforts; and without a lasting effort, you generally do not see results.

Up until now, the behavior choices that you have been making may not be leading toward the results you desire.  The patterns of daily living that are broken down into your minute to minute behavior all add up to how you include or do not include health as a priority.  Other programs that do not consistently SUPPORT and MOTIVATE until favorable patterns become internalized habits, fall short.  When your mindset does not consider realistic emotional and physical barriers that derail your efforts, then you will not get results or they will not last.
